Magazine Magazine Apps for iPads ; Do They Cut It?

In their debut, the majority of magazine apps for iPads appear to be doing little to utilize the digital possibilities available to them, and critics are taking notice. Will they respond and follow the lead of other successful apps, or is this medium going to continue struggling to keep its head above water?
