1. Kindle for iPad

Amazon Kindle is a software and hardware platform for the rendering and displaying of e-books and other digital media. Kindle software applications exist for Windows, iPhone OS, BlackBerry, Mac OS X and Android. You can buy a book from the Amazon Kindle Store, discover and read over 450,000 books in the Kindle Store, including the latest best sellers and new releases.
2. Tweetdeck

TweetDeck is an Adobe AIR desktop application for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Buzz, Foursquare, and MySpace. Like other Twitter applications it interfaces with the Twitter API to allow users to send and receive tweets and view profiles.
TweetDeck is compatible with several operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. An iPhone version was released on June 19, 2009 and an iPad version was released in May 2010 as well.
3. iBook from Apple
